Thermal bond nonwoven

The main Materials

(1) natural fibers: cotton, wool, hemp and silk;

(2) conventional fiber: viscose fiber, polyester fiber, acetate fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyamide fiber;

(3) differentiated fibers: ultrafine fiber, shaped fiber, low melting point fiber, high curly fiber, antistatic fiber;

(4) high functional fiber: aromatic polyamide fiber, carbon fiber, metal fiber.

Non-woven fabrics can have many characteristics and distinguish properties such as non-entangled edges and unique fiber orientation in the fabric.

They can be soft or hard, strong or weak, directional and omnidirectional in performance, have one or both smooth or uneven sides, provide bulk or very compact, two or three dimensions, solid or patterned openings, absorbent or repulsion and porous puncture.

Nonwoven fabrics can be elongated, stretched and restored at specific apertures, but cannot be brushed, which is a very important difference between nonwoven and textile fabrics

In addition, they can provide a good substrate for coating, composite material, lamination, printing, embossing, and forming. So people often use them in packaging materials to save costs. That’s why has not been widely used, non-woven fabric manufacturer if you want to fully open the big market, reduce the cost and go for the green line is the biggest challenge.
